One early morning in the hills above La Libertad, our founder sat watching a pair of urracas hop between branches — intelligent, playful, and unapologetically themselves.
That moment became the seed for Café Urraca: a place where people could slow down, be curious, and collect small beautiful moments the way the urraca collects shiny treasures.
